My name is Cristina de Guillot, I am originally from Valencia-Venezuela, and now living and working in Florida.
I studied at the fine arts school in my hometown, where I learned a wide variety of techniques to mix them as much as the materials allows.
The ideas for art making come to me from many sources; my own visual vocabulary is built upon words, found objects, images from the past and many icons in a diversity of ways.Throughout my life I have documented my experiences realizing that memories fade over time. They help me unlock my inner artist, the childlike muse that needs to have free reign once in a while to just play...just to see what happens.
